Canals are wonderful chains of hotels. The family room we stayed in, had not been cleaned properly. Hand prints on mirrors, dirty floor and found marker under bed. The room itself was very roomy, great for families. I did mention my concerns to the desk clerk, and she thanked me. Used the pool, and it was awesome.
