We arrived super late and wanted to just go to bed but when we got to the room, the heat was set to the highest temp on the thermostat and it felt like a sauna in there. It was uncomfortable and took forever to cool down. The beds were very uncomfortable as well. Breakfast was good but there is not enough seating for the size of the hotel. I had to have my family of 4 with two small children eat their breakfast in the seating area on a bench. The front desk receptionist was very miserable and didn’t smile like she didn’t like her job. I mentioned they needed more seating and she just ignored me. Glad the price was so low for a crappy night sleep.

The hotel is great. Comfort bed, good size room, nice pool and gym and great location. The breakfast is good but I missed some fruits. The staff is nice but we didn't have service room everyday as requested. We stayed for 6 days and we had the room cleaned only twice, I believe it was due to the holidays. Overall experience was good.

Clean and neat. Friendly efficient staff. Good breakfast. Front elevator out of order, I guess that happens. Halls, elevator and bathroom look worn, in need of refresh. But overall, very good.

The stay was okay overall. Unfortunately, there was a strong smell of weed in the hallways every day, and on our last night it was so noticeable it seemed to come from our own room, although there were “no smoking” signs posted everywhere. The room itself was decent—AC and heat worked perfectly, and it was generally clean. Bathroom water pressure was a bit inconsistent, going cold at times, then extremely hot once corrected. The room had updated smart TVs, and towels were cleaned and replaced daily as was the bed made each day, all except for the last day for some reason. The bed felt comfortable at first but I woke up with a sore lower back each morning. Staff were very friendly—the front desk was helpful, and the breakfast server went above and beyond. The pool looked inviting. Overall, aside from the strong weed smell in the hallways and our room, it was a fine hotel stay.
