Stay here only if you drive

Everything about the hotel is perfect except the location. Matsumoto don't really have subway metro train network thus it is important to stay near the main station unless you have a car.

部屋の設備と清浄について

出張にて一泊で310号室に宿泊しました。 部屋に入るなり下水のような匂いが充満していてすぐに換気と消臭をしました。 トイレに座り用を足してした際、シャワー機能を使いましたが、止まるボタンが壊れており止められませんでした。 幸い2分で自動停止しましたが、さすがにダメかと。

朝食無料の割に品数も多く毎日違うおかずもあり味付け濃いめではあったもののしっかり食べられて満足でした。部屋の設備はやや古いものの清潔で気持ちよく過ごせました。シャワーカーテンのにおいがやや気になりましたが汚れとかではなく経年劣化的なものかと思います。スタッフの方どなたも笑顔で挨拶してくださりほっとできました。ありがとうございました。

I stayed at this hotel for the Norikura HC event. The hotel prepared a very early breakfast for the visitors. It was very nice. But there was one thing that was disappointing. It was parking problem. When I checked-in, it was already full, so staff let me know 2nd/3rd parkings. But map was so complicated, that's why I tired to look for them. If the problem is releafed, I'd like to stay (at 2025 Norikura HC?) again.
