Great stay!

This hotel is in a great location, close to the castle. The hotel is pretty new and very clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was really fresh and delicious.

ホテル側の問題では無いかもだが、マッサージをお願いしたら、マッサージのスタッフが早く到着(10分ほど)したので、部屋に向かっていいかフロントから電話。準備が整っていなかったので、待って欲しい旨を伝えるが、結局スタッフがすでに部屋に向かったと再度連絡有り。その後の対応がなく、部屋の前で待たせることに。スタッフを追いかけるなど、できることはあったはず。
