It was nice but there was about 6 spiders in my room. The Room of spiders is what I'll remember it as. The sqeeze bottles for the shampoo and conditioner is very hard to sqeeze. So the the elderly good luck, bring your own shampoo.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and the facilities were spotless. The hotel was perfectly located for our visit (the state track meet in Charleston) and we hope to be back next year!

I am appreciative of the effort to not use the tiny plastic bottles of shampoo etc and to use the large ones on the walls of the tub and by the sink. I am not happy that they are still plastic however the real problem is that we simply could not squeeze them hard enough to get the liquids out (lotion, shampoo, and conditioner). It was not that they were empty, but simply to difficult to press together for aging hands. Please invest in some that are easier to use. And for the price we paid to stay there, we were not impressed with the breakfast at all. It was a limited choice of fruit and yogurt but no muffins, croissants, toast or even hardboiled eggs. At the minimum these should have been offered. It was very skimpy. Room was cleaned very well except the beds were left unmade. That was just weird. We reported it and I am satisfied that management will find out what happened with that oversight. But this is my explanation as to why I did not give a great rating on cleanliness.

Good, but breakfast selection was poor.

The hotel was nice and looked new, even smelled new but I only found 1 ice machine on first floor and for their breakfast there was only cereal and waffles. The waffles tasted bad so there was only cereal. We went to McDonalds the next morning.
