The whole property can comfortably welcome up to 18 people in three fully equipped private apartments. The Villa is spread over two floors; on the ground floor there is a large and single room with living room, on which several comfortable spaces insist: a relaxation conversation area with sofas and fireplace, a dining area and a well equipped kitchen, surrounded by large windows that allow you to "experience" the pool and sea. Also on the floor, a suite with private bathroom. From the living room a staircase leads to the upper floor with three bedrooms all with bathroom, with shower in the room and sea view, one of which has a panoramic terrace ideal for aperitifs at sunset. The Villa has a large and well kept garden with lawn and centenary olive trees as well as spaces furnished like real outdoor living rooms. Also available to guests is a gas BBQ.
