Third time I’ve stayed there so I like it, but starting to feel dated…. Great location (quiet & safe) worth staying again. However when the channels on the TV stop working, they are losing their touch. 50/50 right now to stay there next time I’m in Medellin.

Hotel was clean and in a good location, though being a 5 star, it doesn't have the amenities like a swimming pool, coffee and tea making machine in the room and the service sure doesn't match - hotel staff are rigid.
