The room was very good located but there was lining in between make the view worse and refund option was not available, and the shower was so horrible only the green dome view was nice and lighting was not visible a lot in the room

It's very close to the Rawda side of the Masjid (3min walk), and this side is all new with new shopping areas. This is the area that is in front of the Qibla. ATM in lobby was very convenient. Next door outdoor restaurants are all modern (next to Museum of Prophets). I would use them again.

The front desk staff is horrible and act like they are annoyed to even check you in. If you ask for a different room they don’t want to change it. However, other support staff is excellent. They are truly hardworking and caring. Would not recommend staying at this hotel unless you can’t find a different hotel.
