The romantic fireplace is located near the living room in the dining room, where there is a dining table for 8 people. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family or friends. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms with double beds, including 3 en-suite bathrooms with showers. On the outdoor terrace you can comfortably refresh yourself in the heated pool of 31 m2 and a depth of 1.5 metres. Its additional features include hydromassage, hydro-air bench and lighting that creates a special atmosphere in the evening. You can sunbathe and relax on the 6 sun loungers and there is an outdoor barbecue on charcoal or wood on the terrace. The One Way Villa is also equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron as well as two separate toilets. If children are travelling with you, a food dispenser is available. It is possible to enjoy massages by prior arrangement. There are two car parks in the courtyard and the same number outside. The villa has a charger for electric cars and a fixed mooring for boats up to 15 metres, which is 3 km from the building. The villa is fully fenced and has a beautifully landscaped green garden and a garden full of different types of plants and trees. Children will enjoy plenty of space to play and be entertained. Other entertainment options for children and adults include darts, table tennis, slide, trampoline, PlayStation, swings, badminton, digital TV and SUP.
