Apartment near the beach in Medulin The family-friendly holiday home Vilic is located in Medulin near the beach. Children are very welcome here. There are seven well-maintained apartments available to guests. Behind the house is a large, raised barbecue terrace, which is available for guests to use. Also ideal for a barbecue with 2-3 families. Medulin - only 5 minutes to the beach: Beaches in Medulin, town center, harbor promenade Medulin - Lunapark and Familypark Medulin as well as the camp Medulin can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
Along the beaches to the left you come to Alba Chiara Beach and Hotel Belvedere Beach. Along the beaches to the right you come to the promontory and the sandy beach called Bjeca. All beaches in Medulin can be used free of charge!

Very good facilities. In house Vilic, the guest is king: You can get fresh bed linen and towels as often as you like.

Für Familien mit kleinen kindern nur bedingt zu empfehlen

Die Vermieter sind total nett und aufgeschlossen. Sie kommen jeder Bitte nach und helfen gerne. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ruhig und mit 900 Metern zum Strand und zum Hafen gut gelegen. Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr spehrlich. Es ist kein Backofen oder auch keine Mikrowelle vorhanden. Das Wasser brauchte meist viele Minuten um einigermaßen warm zu werden, damit man das Geschirr spülen konnte. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt war die Lautstärke im Haus. Unsere Tochter wollte meist zwischen halb 8 und 8 schlafen. Leider war es im Haus oft bis weit nach 23 Uhr noch sehr laut durch andere Parteien im Haus. Dadurch war unsere nächtliche Erholung leider nicht so gegeben. Für Menschen die nicht so viel Wert auf Ruhe und Ausstattung legen ist die Wohnung definitv zu empfehlen. Familien mit Kleinkindern solllten vielleicht etwas ruhigeres suchen
