Total renovation of Upper unit duplex sitting on 3/4 acres directly on the Indian River with a 2 minute walk through our privately owned property to a quiet, unpopulated beach. Imagine starting and ending each luxurious vacation day with a beach sunrise and a river sunset.
This immaculate space is furnished with new furniture throughout including two smart tv's. Your stay at OASIS gives you access to propane grill, beach chairs and umbrella, yard games, and a private dock to soak in all the goodness and Florida sun or, throw in your fishing line.

150' boat dock for your pleasure. Boat launch or rental available a couple of miles away. Use of the dock is allowed for your boat (no charge) and use of covered slip with lift is charged at an additional $100 per day.

RATE CHANGE STARTING IN 2025 - Property will be closed from August 1 2024 - September 30 2025 for upgrades. We are adding a 20x40 custom swimming pool on the river side. As well as doubling the upstairs square footage adding two addition bedrooms for a total of three bedrooms including a master bedroom suite (6-8 guests). Custom grilling out living space next to pool and doubling the enclosed pouch area for viewing the amazing river sunsets. Great location

Between Melbourne and Vero, short walk to beach, bait shops nearby. Caught puffer, yellow tail and catfish from the dock. Thanks.....enjoyed it!
