The staff was courteous. The Roof Top Bar was great. The service and food was great. I was a little disappointed that I needed a late check out and it wasn’t available. This was the only hotel I’ve ever stayed that didn’t offer a late check out.

I stayed at this hotel recently while traveling with my service dog and unfortunately had an upsetting experience at check-in. When I arrived, the front desk staff asked me—loudly and in front of other guests—what kind of disability I have. I politely informed them that I wasn’t comfortable disclosing that information, referencing my right to privacy under HIPAA. Despite this, they insisted that I provide details, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and singled out. It’s important for hotel staff to be trained on the legal rights of individuals with service animals and to understand that they are not entitled to inquire about the nature of a guest’s disability. This experience left a very negative impression on what could have been a pleasant stay. I hope the hotel will take this as an opportunity to educate their team and ensure a more respectful and inclusive experience for all guests.
