The room was not properly fit for occupation. The reading light above the left side of the bed had no bulb and the on/off switch was broken. There was no bedside table on the left side of the bed. The toilet flush buttons did not operate properly. The air conditioning fan in the ceiling above the toilet and shower was noisy and on constantly.

Our first night we were woken up at 3am by a garbage truck operating for almost an hour beside the hotel. We informed the staff we wanted to be moved away from the alley way, but they ensured us the garbage truck only operates on Thursdays. This was a lie, it woke us up every single night at 3am. We informed staff that our shower only had two pieces to its 3 piece sliding door, they said the entire hotel was being renovated. So our floor was soaking wet the entire stay. Pretty horrible all around, do not stay here if you want a good night sleep.

The room was clean, friendly staff, but there's a empty drink bottle and little rubbish in the little table between the two beds. There was no soap in the bathroom. I guess the cleaner just need to check all the basic things when they ckean the room after the guest leave. The rubbish bin has no plastic liner in it. Otherwise the beds are comfortable and location is great. But anyhow, i'm still happy with my stay and hope the cleaners can do a better job next time.

1. Bed not made. 2. Cups not washed. 3. Tea & coffee not replaced. 4. Bedside lights not working. Reported and nothing happened. 5. No toilet brush. 6. Nothing to say a hairdryer could be sourced from reception. 7. No instructions in case of fire to evacuate premises in room. 8. Breakfast, we had to ask for cups, bowls and teaspoons. 9. No instructions on how to use machine for tea. 10. Windows needed cleaning. I know it is a budget hotel, and I have stayed in IBIS budget hotels before, and I never had reason to complain. Please can you relay me how this is going to be rectified. Thank you Fiona M Barlow

Room condition ok for the price, needs a refresh, but the location is excellent. Staff were friendly. Aircon didn't work, and TV only had free to air no netflix or Youtube. No ability to cast to tv either.

Room was ok. The bedding had black and brown marks. Shower screen had 2 panels instead of 3. Milk was in a fridge that wasn't switched on so fridge was warm. Staff were extremely friendly
