Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

The apartment was really nice and spacious. The location was great. It was right next to the beach and the boardwalk. You can take a free trolley down Collins Ave. The extra perk was that there were 6 pickleball courts. Had a fun time in Miami!

Entire building (except lobby area) was very old, outdated, and dirty. There were 2 doors going to hallway, 1 of them didn't even have a deadbolt or latch for security. Would never stay here again.

Great location & View

Location and unit view were amazing. Staff were friendly and prompt with any requests. Unit was clean upon arrival, however, certain aspects of the unit (room carpets) and the building in general could use a bit of refreshing. Overall, we enjoyed it and would book again

Overall good stay. Excellent location. Few issues though. 30 Dollars per day for parking which is excessive and was not mentioned up front especially when you’d imagine it would be included. The apartment needs some work because there are some cracks in the walls and the furniture is a little old and not in the best condition. The kitchen supplies are very limited and the windows are dirty on the outside.

Wouldn’t stay again

I feel like the stay was basic they place was old moldy and run down the pool water damaged my skin and swimsuits/swim trunks too much colorine in the pool. The paint was peeling off the walls the pillows and pillow cases were stained and dirty the place needs to be updated no extra tissue

Great deal for the area

Our family enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the pool. The rooms were large for families and easy access to the boardwalk. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed when we arrived for 2 weeks so we ate in our hotel room more than expected. You also have to trade a card in to get a towel which is only open during pool hours so you might want to bring your own beach towels.

Our stay was very disappointing. The room we were given was completely different from the one shown in the pictures. There were no blankets provided, and the kitchen had very limited utensils. Basic essentials like paper towels, bounty, and dishwasher pods were not available. When I asked the front desk for these items, they said housekeeping hours are from 7:30 AM to 4 PM, and since check-in is at 4 PM, we couldn’t receive anything until the next morning. This made our first night extremely inconvenient. Overall, a very bad experience and not worth the stay.

Our apartment was very spacious, clean and had great views. The staff who helped us with the luggage were very helpful and nice. We had issues communicating with housekeeping, and the common areas are outdated and need repairs.

Miami before cruise

We stayed here for 3 nights. The carpets are stained, they had nothing in the kitchen for us to use to cook and when we asked they said they “didn’t have access to the room that had stuff in it”. I was very disappointed. The view was nice but that’s about it.

Great place and great location: six in our party and plenty of space but literally not one extra blanket, only three towels, no wash clothes, no cooking items other than a few pots. No kitchen towels. If you plan on staying awhile and have anyone who runs cold bring your own blankets!!!

The condo was in a good location, great beach access and very friendly staff. The beach was amazing and clean. Free trolley pick up outside the front door, which makes it easy to get around. However the photos in the ad were not even close to what we had booked. The room is very outdated, the walls were damaged and all the paint was pealing, the drawers in the rooms were broken, the windows were dirty on the inside, rugs have lots of stains, the TV didn't fully function and you have to pay to use the safe. While the location was great when we booked the ad had said it was walking distance to night life and south beach but it is a 35 minute walk. We booked a Vrbo with the intention of cooking our own meals but the kitchen did not have the basic supplies to do so. There was no pan to cook anything in the oven, no spices, no dish soap, no tea towels or cloths to wash and dry dishes and no coffee filters for machine. We had to go out and buy the items ourselves in order to cook which is not something we should have to do when booking a VRBO. We are still very happy with our trip and had a great time. We just wish the photos reflected what we were provided with.

Interesting property

Good news is wonderful location and view. Bad news is comically bad prep of place. No paper towels, skillets. Pans, dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, Literally like no one has ever even visited the place. Check in was interesting. No emailed check in instructions. I sent email the day before to inquire and got a response at 8 pm AFTER checkin with info.

Needs Updating

The kitchen and living room are nice, with the size of the living room tv should be larger. . Bedrooms and bathroom need updating. Windows should be clean and have screens so you can enjoy the breeze. Balcony was nice, good view of the sunrise and ocean and pool!!

Nice appartement in quiet area, poor cleaning before stay…

Big and Nice appartement with pool, parking, and good value for groups needing 3bedrooms ( sleeping up to 8people)The cleaning was not the best, our appartement Still had garbage in the kitchen and One of the bathrooms. And it was stains on the bathroom. Therese was Also crumbles on the table in the living room.And two of the beds was not changes before our stay…There is a free bus going around on Miami beach and is stopping close to the building - very convenient!There was very expensive at the pool bar (we paid 18 for two small icecreams…)No restaurants close to building, had to go about 5minutes to closest hotel with restaurant.

Its a trick

We booked months in advance and they took away our ocean view which we did pay for not the bay view. But because they were able to get more than double what we paid for the room, they “overbooked” and would not let us have the room.
