This private apartment at the Hyde Beach house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Enjoyed all the amenities and the check in staff is so friendly! This was our third time staying at the Hyde and it did not disappointment. It was great for our family, like a mini vacation before our cruise.

Beautiful views from the pool area. Well kept grounds, and updated beautiful units. The only downside we experienced is a lack of elevators for the size of the tower. The waits for elevators often exceeded 20 minutes especially trying to go down in the late morning (around checkout time).

The elevators were indeed a nightmare. The sofa in the property was so gross& stained everywhere. The floor was filthy. And the crowd overall throughout the complex was not a great crowd.

We are very disappointed because the last 2 days of our stay a scaffolding was hunging for our full, out side balcony, to do maintenance of which we were not informed in any way, a jackhammer was drilled into the foundation, which greatly disturbed our peace and quiet due to the enormous noise and our privacy. We have a video recording of that and we believe we should receive compensation for this. We were literally chased out of our apartment.

En general todo estuvo muy bien, pero algunas de las ollas de la cocina pueden mejorar y renovarlas, ya que están muy desgastadas; por otro lado el ascensor que solo funcionaban dos de cuatro q habían y teníamos q esperar hasta 45 minutos para montarnos ya que siempre subía o bajaba lleno. Pero este edificio que tiene tantos habitantes en necesario que los 4 funcionen para hacerlo más eficientes.

Très bien équipé, lave vaisselle, four , micro onde, énorme frigo, congélateur à tiroirs ,cafetière, toaster, bouilloire et beaucoup de vaisselle, très propre, le matelas neuf très confortable, très bien insonorisé, il y a un Français à l’accueil c’est bien pratique, vue extraordinaire nous étions au 29 ème.
