Our condo is well equipped, you will find everything you need for a very confortable stay. We are located in the amenities level, the 6th floor, just a few steps to the pool, gym and recreational area.

Other things to note

Check in always done with the FRONT DESK, you be given a FOB to go into the elevators and access the gym and recreation room. A key card to open the condo and and garage pass to access the garage and park in our designated parking space.

• Bikes – Take advantage of the Citi Bikes right by Biscayne Blvd outside of the building’s entrance. You can rent one via an app.

• Uber & Lyft - This is by far the most convenient way to travel around our city. Depending on the area it can be difficult to find parking so being dropped off may provide an easier experience.

• Brightline Train – COMING SOON to Miami Design District

• Miami Metromover – It’s a free people mover that operates 7 days a week in Downtown & Brickell. The nearest station located at the Adrienne Arsht Center Metromover Station.

• Rent a car – Enjoy one free parking space in the parking garage

• PARKING – Parking in Miami can be difficult & sometimes expensive
