AMAZING Views - AMAZING Communication.

We loved our stay and would 100% stay again! Pros: Views - Wow! That is all I can say. We could have starred at the views and done nothing else on the vacation! Location - The ease of walking to restaurants and shopping was awesome. I had no idea we would be in the center of all the NYW fireworks! The place was very clean. The beds were super comfy. The linens were soft and clean. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit. Easy to use the TV and log onto our favorite streaming services. The kitchen had lots of glassware and utensils. Communication - The host was very responsive and seemed to genuinely care. When I let them know the master toilet was leaking, there was a repair man there within two hours! Cons: The unit had a few items that needed to be fixed and updated. The microwave was broken, the master bedroom light was missing parts, master toilet was leaking (but quickly fixed). Master shower leaks. The wallpaper in the master is coming off the walls and there is a large water stain over the master bathtub. The pool was closed on two of the days of our stay and the power was out so the gym was closed as well. WIFI kept going out. The lock on the door was a bit tricky, but we figured it out. There were no paper towels or coffee (but there was a pod-type coffee maker). This is not a hotel, I didn't expect there to be those items, just a reminder. In all, the cons did not lessen the enjoyability of our stay or affect a deserved 5-star rating.

Lovely view of Miami River.

Ariel is an exemplary manager. He was very attentive to the various minor issues we had such as the door code etc. We would have had trouble had we had a lesser manager for this property.

Graduation visit

Everything was great in the place. The beds were very comfortable, building and amenities are perfect. Location is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Amazing Time

The property was immaculate and perfect for my stay in Miami. The views were amazing and everything went smooth as could be. The host kept in touch with me throughout the entire time to make sure everything was ok. The host also made sure to be in touch with me when I needed them. Overall I give this a 5 star in all aspects and would highly recommend.
