Dear Guest, Thanks for choosing the Cadet Hotel. This is an exceptional issue, the only night we have had such an disappointing problem is a few nights ago with one room during a really strong rain that flood parts of the area and warned us with a tornado alert. We are really sorry for such a terrible situation, but we want to remind you that we immediately changed you from the room you were at, to one that was working properly.Room service is offered at our hotel whenever you request it always that it is during reasonable hours. We wish you a very merry Christmas and a happy new Year.
