Broken Items:
We understand that sometimes something may accidentally break, and it must be repaired so the apartment is ready for the next guest. Please inform us immediately via this means, so we can find a replacement as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will detect it when you leave the property.

Apartment Features:
Some apartments have vinyl wood, ceramic, or carpet flooring, depending on availability.
All our units are very bright and feature reinforced hurricane-proof windows.

All apartments have the same layout, square footage, and furnishings. Victoria Rentals reserves the right to assign an apartment on a different floor or orientation than the one shown in the photos, based on availability. However, the layout or size of the property, nor the advertised amenities, will not be altered.

Room Views:
Please note that all our units have open views of the Intracoastal Waterway. All apartments are located on the third floor and above. Unit views may vary. The photos in the listing are for general purposes and show the two types of views available: north-facing and south-facing.

General Condominium Rules
•⁠ ⁠The person responsible for checking in must be over 21 years of age.
•⁠ ⁠Only guests previously registered for the reservation are allowed to enter the apartment. For security reasons, unregistered visitors are not allowed to enter the apartments or floors. Meal deliveries or merchandise deliveries are also not permitted. In such cases, guests must wait for their order in the condominium reception hall.
•⁠ ⁠All guests over the age of 14 must wear a Beachwalk wristband for the duration of their stay.

• Resort Fee: Please note that the Beachwalk Resort condominium charges a daily fee for all apartments. This amount must be paid at the condominium upon arrival. Rates are as follows; please apply based on the number of days of your stay:
$30 per day for stays of 1–6 days
$25 per day for stays of 7–15 days
$20 per day for stays of 15–29 days
$300 per month (30 days)
Stays longer than 30 days: $300 + $10 per additional day
Refundable security deposit of $250.
• Elevators are open to all users: staff and guests. Please be patient with wait times, especially during peak hours, which are usually around check-in (4 PM) and check-out (10 AM).
• The maximum number of guests allowed indicated in the listing is suggested based on the number of beds. However, one-bedroom apartments with a maximum capacity of 4 guests only have one king-size bed in the master bedroom and an armchair in the living room. Please note that the armchair in the living room is suitable for sleeping two small children, not adults. We recommend inquiring about apartments with more bedrooms if you need to stay with children over 8 years old.
•⁠ ⁠The climate in Miami can be a great attraction, although it is also quite humid. Please do not leave the doors or windows of the apartments open at any time, as this will damage the air conditioning equipment. This will also allow moisture to enter the property and lodge inside. The apartment must remain closed and the air conditioning on at all times. You can adjust the temperature to your preference from the thermostat located inside the property.

•⁠ Trash: There is a trash chute on each floor, next to the west elevators. Please do not leave trash outside the apartment in the hallways or balconies.

•⁠ All apartments will be delivered clean and with bed linens, 4 large towels, 1 hand towel, 2 face towels, 1 floor mat, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Please do not use linens for cleaning.
