PLEASE NOTE ABOUT NOISE:

Several neighboring buildings are currently undergoing construction. You may hear daytime construction noise on weekdays, and nearby driving can take a little longer. We share this upfront so you can plan; the unit has blackout shades, and we're happy to provide a white-noise machine and earplugs on request.
