-EVERY ADULT GUEST HAS TO PAY A ONE TIME $50 REGISTRATION FEE AT CHECK-IN. THE FAMILIES ARE CONSIDERED ONE APPLICANT SO HUSBAND/WIFE AND MINOR CHILDREN, WHICH ARE CONSIDERED ONE APPLICANT. SO THE FAMILIES PAY ONLY $50. A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD IS REQUIRED FOR CHECK-IN AND INCIDENTALS!

-GUEST CAN RECEIVE VISITORS BUT THEY MUST CHECK IN AT THE FRONT DESK AND LEAVE THEIR ID WITH THE FRONT DESK AGENT, VISITORS MUST LEAVE THE BUILDING BY 11 PM.

-FOOD DELIVERY MUST BE PICKED UP BY THE GUEST AT THE FRONT DESK FROM THE DELIVERY DRIVER (FRONT DESK WILL TELL THE DELIVERY PERSON TO CALL THE GUEST)

Please note that the apartment can only be accessed by registered guests and visitors.

You will be provided the standard building rules and regulations ahead of your check-in date, which must be acknowledged and signed prior to your arrival as well as all guests information. Upon entering the building for the first time, you will need to provide the concierge with a photo ID and pay the $50 one-time n on refundable resort fee at the time of check-in. This fee is per person or per couple (minors excluded). Once checked in, you can make your way up to your freshly cleaned gorgeous unit awaiting you!

Detailed check-in instructions will be provided to you 48 hours before your arrival.

During your stay, you will be provided with a keyfor the front door, a key card to access the building as well as the elevator and amenities and, if needed, a key card to access the assigned parking space in the private garage. Lost or damaged key cards may be subject to a $50 replacement fee per card.

Arriving early or late check out? Not a problem! If we aren't able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out the front desk will be able to hold your luggage while you explore the neighborhood for a $25 dollar fee. Please advise that only for 24 hrs.
- No parties or events allowed.
-Please remember this is a non-smoking residence and home please don't smoke.
-No unregistered guests allowed. Guest can receive visitors but they must check in at the front desk and leave their ID with the front desk agent. Visitors MUST LEAVE THE BUILDING BY 11:00 PM.
-No pets allowed.
-Suitable for toddlers and children under 12.
-Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
-Food Delivery must be picked up by the guest at the front desk.
-Please respect QUIET HOURS: 10:00 p.m. to 9 a.m. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact Front Desk staff immediately by room phone or in person. Televisions, voices, or other devices must be kept at a respectful low level at all times. Doors should be opened and closed quietly. No congregating, yelling or running in halls.
-Violations fine process. Each Violation fine $100.
-Please respect check-in (3:00 pm) and checkout times (11:00 am). The front desk will be able to hold your luggage while you explore the neighborhood if needed for a $25 fee
-Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement $50 fee
-Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-Trash chute and Recycling Items - Only Kitchen trash. Trash chute in every floor.
-Please take the trash out before you leave.
-No illegal substances allowed on the premises. Marijuana is prohibited at all times.
-No nudity at the common areas, Swimsuit cover up is required while While being at the common areas.
-The apartment is not suitable for Infants (Under 2): we would love to welcome your entire family including your little ones. Kindly note that the apartment isn't baby-proofed and we don't have baby specific furniture ( changing table or chair, ) if you bring your own, we would be happy to host your stay.

Use of the amenities:
- Pool: Open every day from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. 5th floor
-GYM: Every day from 6:00 am until 11:00 pm. 3rd floor
-BBQ: Grilling hours from noon until 8:00 pm. It is two hours per reservation. 5th floor
-MIni Golf: Open from noon until 11:00 pm 5th floor


IMPORTANT

Midblock will eject a guest: under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance and acts in a disorderly fashion as to disturb the peace of other residents; seeks to use the unit for an unlawful purpose; seeks to bring onto the property: an unlawfully possessed firearm; or an explosive or hazardous or toxic substance, that is unlawful to possess and that may be dangerous to other persons; destroys, damages, defaces, or threatens harm to the property or residents; causes or permits persons to exceed the maximum allowable occupancy of a unit, refuses to abide by the reasonable standards or policies established by Midblock unit owners for the operation and management of our property.
