Nice hotel friendly staff however our toilet was broken a guy was sent up but the problem came right back. Called back down to get it fixed and nobody ever came. We had to use the main lobby bathrooms which were really gross urine and toliet paper everywhere. Told front desk about it saying they would contact me about a possible discount but never did. Too bad cause I really did like everything else about the hotel. Great location friendly staff and a good airport shuttle.

Staff was pleasant and courteous. Room was nice, and the toiletries smelled wonderful (bonus that they were zero parabens, sulfates, etc). Breakfast was tasty, and had plenty of different options. The shuttle to/from the hotel wasn't at the airport on the hour as was indicated (but perhaps they left the hotel on the hour). Overall, a nice stay.

Stayed here for one night before my flight the next day to the Caribbeans, very close to the airport and appreciated the shuttle service. Room was clean and hotel was located in a walkable convenient location with many dining options. Staff was super friendly as well.

The room is fine. Staff are very nice. The shuttle pickup was hard. Mia airport is a nightmare. We had to get our luggage and had to go up to another level which we didn’t know until we were outside the lower level and had to ask staff about shuttles. We went to correct level and no one would answer phone at hotel for about half hour. To summarize we waited 1 1/2 hr for our shuttle. The shuttle does not have the name on the side of van. It has another company name on it, there is a small sign taped inside front window of van indicating name of hotel. They have to tell arrivals of their signage.

I had a group of 6 to stay here for a cruise and it will be our last. The shuttle doesn’t ever line up for the cruise time and when it came time to check out the manager never told everyone that they lost the key for the shuttle and weren’t able to get a hold of the previous employee who drove it. When asked multiple times if the shuttle was going to leave on time (4:30am). We ended up having to pay for en UBER! When approached about said issue the man on duty said there was nothing he could do and they were sorry! Not to mention he was vaping behind the counter! Don’t get me started on the cleanliness of the room. Barely hot water on the upper floors. There was so much dust on my side table I could write on it. The staff that run the breakfast are extremely wonderful. FYI We will be looking elsewhere! DO STAY HERE!
