Disappointing stay. There were power flashes the evening we checked in and some of the lights would not come back on and the powered shades wouldn’t open. Reported those problems to the front desk and were told it was a power company issue. No interest in addressing it. Had an ADA room (not needed) but the sliding bathroom door did not have an interior handle, just the back side of screws which would be very hard for most people to open and one of the grab bars was very loose.

We apparently got the last room in the hotel tonight - at $300. We were told at checkin that it was a handicap accessible room - no problem. What we were. It told was that the shower was designed so that it’s a wet bathroom which turned into a wet entryway and closet. The staff who were nice but ineffectual confirmed that they hardly use the room for that reason. They offered us nothing for the inconvenience once of essentially an unusable shower. In a Hilton Honors member, and this does remotely not live up to Hilton standards.
