THE APARTMENT:
The apartment is a beautiful home on the ocean. Perfect for families. Here’s some details on this beautiful getaway:

— Whole house has WiFi throughout.
— Pool is open air and direct OCEAN ACCESS
— ROOM 1: Master Bedroom has 2 queen beds, 2 closets.
— Living room has ceiling to floor Doors that open out to beautiful intercostal views.


OTHER APPLICABLE FEES (not included in the price of the stay)
The extra fees that are not included in the price of your stay are the following:
1) Parking fees (subject to change)
1 week (1-7 days): $100
2 weeks (8-14 days): $125
3 weeks (15-21 days): $150
4 weeks (21 days-31 days): $175

2) A Cash deposit for the parking permit of 20$ will be requested by the Tides' guest office.
At the end of your stay, when you return the parking permit to the guest's office, you will get your 20$ cash deposit back.

3) Key Fobs
Electronic key fob. The cost of activating a key fob is 30$ to be paid to the guest's office in person.
It is a cost, not a deposit. The key fob does not have to be returned at checkout.
The purchase of a minimum of 1 fob per 2 adults is mandatory. If you are 3 or more adults, you will be required to buy extra key fobs.
Fees
1 to 2 adults = $30 (1 key fob)
3 to 4 adults = $60 (2 key fob)
5 to 6 adults = $90 (3 key fob)

PS. According to the rules of the building, after the age of 14, the person is considered an adult.

4) COMMUNITY LAUNDRY ROOM & TRASH ROOM
A Community Laundry Room is available on each floor of the building and is located directly on the right of the Service elevator with the Trash room.
Each Laundry room has 2 Professional washing and drying machines that work with a chipcard that you can purchase at the registration office from 9AM to 5PM. The cost of the laundry card is $7 (subject to change). To do laundry, you shall load the chipcard at the payment machine that is located in the lobby. The washer costs $2/use, Dryer costs $2/use (these costs are not included in the price of the stay and are subject to change).

5) Online orders (Amazon, e-Bay,…)
Online orders under your name and having your packages delivered to the condo are possible. Please note that the resort will charge $7/package. These fees are extra and are not included in the price of your stay.

As a guest of Komffy Apt w/2 Queen Beds and canal view at Tides, you'll find laundry facilities and a lift. The front desk is open around the clock.
