Light & Airy 2-Bedroom Lakeview Condo with Pool

Lovely unit decorated with modern style features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a back screened patio area with seating. Sleeps 6. Queen bed in the main bedroom, a twin day bed with twin trundle (a second bed that pulls out) in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Gated community with a security guard. Community pool. Lake view. 1st floor, corner with lots of windows. W/D in unit. Central A/C. Centrally located to shopping, dining, activities, highways and all.

There are a few places within walking distance (1-mile) such as Walmart, and Dunkin Donuts but the best way to get around is via automobile. Park directly in front of the unit. If it is not available then park in any of the "Yellow" guest spots. Do not park in any other marked space or you may be towed.

Please no loud noises. Absolutely no parties and no smoking. Your reservation will be terminated and you will be asked to leave. This property has 24hr security staff that drive around on golf carts to monitor the property and the residents.

You don't have to go far to get things done. The property is located close to all. You can get to most places within 20-minutes or less.

Simone communicated with us almost immediately before, during and after our rental.The condo was very clean. It was well stocked with eating utensils, plates, glassware, cookware and cleaning supplies. Both bathrooms were stocked with soaps and shampoos and plenty of towels. The complex is well lit and it was quite. Simone is probably the best VRBO hostess we have rented from. Thanks, Simone. We had a great time with the family, the property was well equiped and clean. The parking was conveniently located right in front of the property. My kids enjoyed the time they spent at the community pool. Simone was a great host, communicated effectively and was able to accommodate us when we needed to extend our stay. I didn’t like that the photos showed that the pools area was a multi pool sort of thing . It was not. All the rest was great. Please specify where those pool are if it is not an amenity.
