The space
All amenities and common spaces at the condo are for guests to use with their guests staying with them accompanied at all times. There is a trash chute at the unit’s floor next to “07 unit”. Amenities are located on the 14th floor. There is a steam room for men and another one for women. Also there is a fully equipped gym, game room, two pools. Please bring your own pool towels as there is non in the amenities you can use the apts towels.
There is washer /dryer in the apt for washing.
Guest access
Registration

Guest will be required to register with the building in order to have access to enter the unit and get a parking pass. For security reasons there is a registration form for the building, send us your email once your reservation is confirmed so we can send you a form to fill out.

Please fill it out and send back to us with a copy of your ID for the main person and names of all parties staying in the apt. We want to ensure the security of all the guests and the residents of the building. Please do this a few days before your stay to allow us to register you with the building.

Keys:
- You will find one copy of apartment keys in our keycafe box that is located in the lobby outside of the ECR Office (104B) behind the security desk in the small hallway
- To access the key cafe, you will either receive the code in the airbnb messenger with instructions/code from keycafe. Send us a message if you need any help always via Airbnb.

- Please lock the doors and return the keys to the key cafe upon checkout. WiFi common area the club.
