This place was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. As stated in the listing, there is a massive construction project on the north side of the building. Our unit sat on this side and we were awoken to jack hammer noise each morning. Sitting on the balcony with an incredible view of the sunset was definitely not as enjoyable with the loud construction noise. As we know this is out of the resorts control, its worth informing incoming visitors. The beach was also surprisingly dirty with garbage and large amounts of an algae called sargassum, we googled it, that made access to the water a process of hopping through this algae. It was as far down the beach as we could see in both directions.

We had an amazing weekend!! The resort is lovely, staff is extremely friendly, very helpful and very attentive. The food was delicious!!!! Our room had an amazing view of the ocean. The bed was very comfortable and really enjoyed having a kitchen.

Great Property and Location... however, be specific on unit you reserve

Pros: The property is beautiful, clean, in a great location, smaller than some of the properties around it (which we liked). Staff was fantastic -- everyone was very helpful including valets, housekeeping, beach staff, front desk (with one cavat - see Cons) and Christian makes a great margarita in the bar! Cons: There is construction on a new property going up immediately adjacent on the north side of the building. Having read previously comments about that, we specifically looked for and booked a unit that was represented as being on the south side. However, after checking in, our unit was on the north side. Construction started precisely at 7:00am the next morning, and I immediately went to the front desk to request a change to the south side as all the pictures in my reservation showed. Problem was, being told they were totally booked and nothing was available. I asked to speak to a manager and also sent an email to Franklin who was our contact during the reservation process. Within an hour or two, Franklin responded saying that he was able to move us to another unit on the south side (and, right across the hall). We were grateful for Franklin and the move as we had 4 more days of our trip remaining. From that point on, our stay was great! The punchline is... be aware of what unit you are actually reserving as the pictures may not be representative of the unit you actually receive. And/or, specifically request a unit on the south side of the building!

Beautiful views and perfect location!

Very nice and comfortable condo with a beautiful view! Great beach and love the pool on the property. The location was perfect walking distance to restaurants and the grocery store. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was perfect for the two of us. Clean. Well supplied. Gorgeous view. Staff was so accommodating. Chose not to rent a car and there were plenty of restaurants to find excellent food choices. Can’t wait to return!

Great spot

This little 1 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of four (just don’t plan to spend a lot of time inside because it’s small!). We cooked most of our meals and did not rent a car. It was very easy to walk to the Publix grocery store, and there were many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance as well. Adventura mall was an easy 10 minute Uber ride as well. The pool was small but not too busy, also heated. The construction next door will be going on for the next few years and was slightly annoying but not too bad. This apartment is on the opposite side of the building so no dust/noise pollution in the apartment. We also took advantage of the weight room during a rainy day- very nice! Having the amenities of beach chairs and a super kind staff was a plus!

Miami family trip

We had a very good time staying at Marenas resort. Loved how the property was clean and had the most amazing spa smell throughout lobby and hallways. The pool was pretty small but we still enjoyed and it wasn’t super busy. Beach was amazing and having towels and lounges was perfect. We would definitely come back!!!

We checked in on a Friday at 2am ac was not working correctly in the room the young man in the front desk was very helpful but the other rooms they had were not ocean front we decided to stay in the room and see if it would cool off. We asked for a late check out on Sunday they told me we could stay until 12. We were eating at the restaurant inside the hotel and it was 12:13 when we went up stairs to get the clothe to leave and take a quick shower since they took long to serve us at the restaurant. I had to go 3 times back downstairs because the key was not working. I spoke to the manager christina and told her look at the time it is not our fault the key was not working oh its ok . I went back upstairs. it finally worked it was already 1:00 I jumped in the shower real quick everything was already picked up to leave the manager christina went upstairs to our room opened the door of the room this is invasion of our privacy while I was getting dressed and she said it was to ask us if we needed a cart. We confronted her and all she said was that it was to see if we needed a cart to leave how in the world would you open a room door to ask if we needed a cart when she had just given me another key to open the door of the room and she never asked me. This is a total disrespect I will never stay here again its sad to have such unprofessional people not knowing laws to work as a manager.

Lovely Spot and beautiful beach

We stayed here while we attended a family celebration. Staff are terrific, beach, pool and pool bar are perfect. Definitely recommend. Lots of restaurants and grocery within walking distance.

Didn’t get my room on the 23th room

I paid a room with a full ocean view on the 23 floor and I was on the 11th floor with a sideways view. I had fun but didn’t like my room.
