Location, location, location! If you expect quiet, you will be disappointed. Our plan was to be in the action of South Beach. Steps from beach, the Strand, hustle and bustle etc. The amenities were more than adequate. The property managers were very responsive

We had a terrible experience in this place. we were sleeping and then at 4am an intruder entered our unit while using the correct code that was given to us. He started checking our room looking for things to steal while we are talking to him and asking him what does he need we were trying to stay calm in fear that he might harm us. we stayed calm during the whole time, He then left and started putting codes to enter the other units in the same floor as us. When we contacted the property their only answer was ( we change codes every time. Sorry this happened to you) they did not try to send someone to check what’s going on or anything. I think this property is Doing this to people they send their own intruders to steal from you. Horrible horrible hoorrrible experience and veryyyy traumatizing.

The apartment don’t look anything like the pictures. Bathrooms are disgusting, bed hard as rocks, the ceiling was ripping off, the closets doors were broken. Kitchen didn’t turn on. There was roaches in the apartment. Terrible it’s not worth it.
