This property was not great. Walls paper thin. Could hear a pin drop in the next room. Bed not super comfy. I booked with 3 people and got a room with one bed. They brought a cot, which wasn’t comfortable at all.

could do with a heavy clean and deep scrub everywhere including hallways. walls are paper thin. was considered my vacation but housekeeping knocks awake guests at 9 in the morning. strange smell. could let guests know about construction on the front which prohibits leaving from the front door.

The hotel was clean. It came equipped with kitchenette. Walls are thin. Property is ok I would stay again. Parking was easy and convenient. I wanted to check In early for a fee but room wasn’t available yet. So check in time is spot on. Basic hotel 20 min from airport. I drove close to an hour to get to south beach with traffic. (Tourist purposes) it would equate to a 32 dollar uber ride to south beach to hotel

The hotel is nothing like the pictures. Maybe it was 15 years ago. Things are stained, rusty, and torn (patio screen). I worked with the Manager. He was exceptional! I was moved to a better suite. Still not as updated as the pictures showed. I won’t stay here again! If the staff (Cleaning and Management) worked at a different hotel, I would stay there.

I was not impressed with the base the bed mattress was sitting on. It was continously falling off the frame. If I sat on one end the mattress would lift un on the other side. We had to move it to where it was centered in order for it not to lift up.

I went for a couple of days. No issues. Front desk staff were really nice and gave me grace being that i arrived so early. Not much to do in that area (construction area), but they mentioned City Place in Doral. Bowling, food, drinks. I will return bc it was convenient to the area i needed to visit. Just make sure you order your Ubers early to give time for traffic.

South River

The room was cleaner & well maintained than we anticipated. No complaints about the room. Only complaint is we didn’t get top floor that we requested. We didn’t get to enjoy the nice little balcony since it looked out to a parking lot. That’s the only reason why it’s not a 5 star.
