This beautiful apartment consists of two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a

full-size bed a single sofa bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom

has a full-size bed. There is a second bathroom and a full-size sofa bed

accommodating up to two passengers for a maximum capacity of 6 guests total.

The unit is located on the ground floor and has a sliding door in the living

room leading into a private patio. Dining room offers table for 6 people and a

fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. High speed WIFI internet and

access to the washer and dryer, which is shared by the entire floor accessible

with a prepaid washer card.



The Tides Hollywood condominium offers resort style amenities with an ocean

front pool, a gym, and lounge/games room with billards tables. Business

center, movie theatre and cafe with groceries available and direct access to

the beach!

Located in the prime location, right on Hollywood Beach, with close proximity

to Fort Lauderdale, Dania Beach and Aventura, which makes for an exceptional

vacation spot.



DANIA BEACH PIER known for its award-winning "Blue Wave Beaches," 974-foot

Fishing Pier and Marina and is one of the few beaches in South Florida that

offers dining and nightlife directly on the water!



HOLLYWOOD BROADWALK a 2.5 mile long pedestrian promenade, combined with

dramatic coastal views of Hollywood beach. You can find unique shopping,

beachfront restaurants and bars, in addition to yearlong activities, water

\- Per Tides Condominium disposition, all guests must be accompanied to the

administrative office to check-in with property administrator designated

staff. Office hours are 9am-5pm.

\- Guest must coordinate with our staff for the registration. The contact

details will be provided in the check-in instructions.



Tides charges the following fees payable to the condominium association :

VALET PARKING

$10 daily

$20 overnight

$40 holidays

$75 Weekly

$100 bi-weekly

$125 three weeks

$150 four weeks



FOB KEY

The condominium requires purchase of a FOB KEY: $30 for every two adults,

which allows you to access the building and amenities (pool and gym) for your

entire stay. Non-refundable. Charges subject to change between time of booking

and check-in date.



Early Check-In & Late Check-Out

Need a little extra time? We're happy to offer early check-in and late check-

out, subject to availability. A fee of 50% of the nightly rate will apply for

the additional time. Please reach out in advance for approval.

As a guest of The Tides Hollywood Luxury Suites 1A 3801 by RedAwning, you'll find laundry facilities and a lift. The front desk is open around the clock. Parking is available for a fee.
