Condo was great. Clean. Plenty of cooking utensils. Unfortunately the pool was closed for construction during our visit. Location was close to shopping and restaurants. We had great communication with the property prior to and during check in. Checkout was a breeze. Will definitely look at this property again in the future.

The apartment was beautiful with an outstanding view of the city. The bed was comfortable, and the building was quiet. We slept great! It was an easy uber to South Beach on our full day in Miami and another easy uber to the cruise terminal on the morning of our departure. We ate twice at the restaurant that is right in the building, so convenient and really good food.

Communication is the key - totally missing

The purpose of my stay at this location was to be warm and enjoy the ammenities: The pools, the hot tubs, the spa etc. When I arrived the person who gave me the entry code to the apt. spent no time explaining anything, just gave me the code and left. Then I found out that all the amenities were closed for the length of my stay. No pool. No hot tub. No spa. No work out area.Also: No guides to how things worked in the apt. Kitchen was a flea market with mismatched pots and no salad spinner. No hair dryer, no plugs to charge electronics like cell phones. I tried incessantly to get ahold of the owner or the host to work these things out and no help was offered. They did text me and ask me to stay around for a service man to do some work in the unit that had to do with the dryer... the shower had little hot water. I asked the Condominium Association Manager on the first floor when the info about the closing of all amenities went out to the owners and was told that the owners knew way before my visit. The owner should have let me know as he knew the purpose of my stay.I asked several time for a partial refund because the amenities that I builty my entire expensive trip around were not available to me. But he never responded.I stay in many VRBOs and have never had such terrible attitudes, service, misrepresentation, and a complete lack of communication. I would never recommend this host or this location.

Great location

Perfect for our long weekend in Miami. The condo is clean and sleek. Lovely views, beautiful pool, spa, gym, exercise classes, easy walk to many wonderful restaurants. The hosts are responsive and helpful.

Overall the property was beautiful and communication with the host was great. The only issue I had was that the listing stated the property had covered parking but that wasn’t the case; we were responsible for our own parking which was $42 per night.
