Room was clean and in pretty good shape. The only reason is gets a lower score is location. It is right on the corner where the road goes to get off Miami Beach so traffic is wild from 4-7

First off Not a bad location , bus stops into town and stops over the road on way back .. But upon arrival we were under the impression that as we booked a family suite for me my wife & 18 16 14 year old there would have been 2 beds! But instead 1 double bed and a couch bed that 3 had to sleep in ! Wasn’t great !! We complained also about the terrible smell in room as we entered ,we were given someone freshner!! The room needed to be properly cleaned before we arrived which you clearly see that it hadn’t !! Old food still in blender ,hairs On floor ,musty smells ll !! I don’t think I’d Stay again ,good for a little walk over the beach to watch sunrise , nice little coffee place down the street , & a couple of restaurants near by, we paid for 5 in a room but you only get 1 umbrella & 2 beds inc for the beach until 16:30 then they came over and took it of you!!

This is my second time staying here. It's a great location and easy access to my work meetings. Its wonderful to have a small kitchen and washer/ dryer and it's quite spacious. To cross the road and be right on the beach is amazing plus the beach walk is fabulous.

Although the room was a bit dated it was very clean and spacious. We only stayed one night but would have been a great room for a longer stay. It had a full kitchen. And the hotel is in a great location.

Cannot see the beach from this hotel, need to cross a very busy street and go another block to get to the beach access The room we stayed in should really be a break room for staff and or an office as it is on the ground floor corner and the street has a very busy intersection where there are ALOT of horns honking, all day and into the middle of the night. The mini blinds did very little to darken the room for sleep. The internet was glitchy. The bathroom has a sink no counter space. Affordable parking is half mile walk away.
