My family and I stayed at this property for a weekend trip. The location is very convenient in terms of transport to the airport. However, we were a bit turned off from some of the front desk staff. Not everyone is hospitable. Also, I found a dead bedbug in the bed that I shared with my daughter during our second night’s stay. I reported it the following morning to the front desk staff and was asked to send pictures that I took to their e-mail for a report and investigation to be done. I was also told to leave the bug where they would be able to see it for investigation. I inquired about compensation because it was very disgusting and scary because my toddler could’ve put it into her mouth had she seen it first. They told me that it would have to be authorized by upper management once an investigation is done which I completely understood. So they gave us another room for the rest of the stay. By the next day there was still no response from upper management. I felt like there is no haste to honor the concerns and grievances of guests from management level. I received an email address from one of the staff members to inquire to the manager directly. Up to check out there was still no response. Other than this poor experience the beds were comfortable. Honestly, I would not recommend to anyone.

The location was close to the airport for my next day's travel. The shuttle service was late and inadequate for the number of clients. The drivers were unfriendly. The water outlet for the face basin did not work. The ad says breakfast is available, hence I thought it was included. I was told that available did not mean included. I thought this was deceptive.

The staff was amazing. We were pleasantly surprised on the quality of the hotel and rooms- but the food at the Pilot House!?!?! We’ve been eating well for our 2 week vacation but the food here was just as good! Husband said his meal was the best! (Mahi Mahi) We highly recommend this establishment.
