Hotel gave me the wrong size bed with a cheaper room than I paid for. The bed was dirty and stained. The ac does not go below 68 the rooms are tiny and the staff does not answer the calls from the room. The room looked very unclean and not sanitary and the hotel did not care to resolve any issues.

Room 205 is over the lobby/bar. Beware…..crazy loud music until very late, and started again early am. No remedy or compensation offered. Otherwise, great location, nice pool area, and smooth check-in. Booking through Expedia it is advertised silver members get a perk if mentioned at the front desk. Zippo benefit.

A very nice hotel conveniently located around everything downtown. The only thing I disliked about this place was I could not turn the AC down any lower than 68°, so the whole time the room felt very hot and stuffy! Couldn’t even sleep under the blankets because it was so hot in our room.

Staff was great. The room was not well cleaned - crumbs along the baseboards, floor was very dirty (bottom of my bare feet were black from walking on the room floor). The bed side arms were dirty. No tissues, just rough toilet paper. Bartender was awesome. The four elevators are crammed too close together and at times it was tough to get through a large crowd of folks going up and coming out of the elevators. Well insulated rooms for noise.
