Condition of last guest. Used bed linens & towels

Great accommodation, but accommodation was not ready at 3pm for check in. There was communication. We came into the accommodations at the check in time 3:00pm. We came in and the accommodation was left in the condition the last guest left it. Bed was used, towels were on the bathroom floor, food / dishes in the kitchen sink. Trying to get this rectified- Randomly there was a knock on the door at approx 3:45pm it was a linen delivery guy. He stripped the bed and towels and put aside new bedding and towels (but did not make the bed). There was no updating us if someone would be coming to clean the accommodation or not, my husband and I made the bed with the new linens and cleaned the apartment after snooping for cleaning supplies. Someone showed up at around 5pm to clean. But we already did it. Their lack of readiness was frustrating. Luckily the last guest left the room in decent condition when they left.

My friends and I liked the place so much. It was very nice and clean. The washer was very convenient. It smells nice and clean also. It is good for a group of friends to stay at. We didn’t have a problem. A very convenient to the store and not that far from Duomo at all. The front desk guy was very friendly as well. I highly recommend this apartment for a group friends. Property was rather dusty and full of mosquitos! We were all covered in bites and had to buy multiple sprays and creams. Fan was not really strong enough to cool the apartment down.
