Bright and modern 90m2 apartment, ideal for 4 people, located in the East area of Milan, 7 minutes walk from the Corvetto station of the Yellow metro (M3), which is only one stop from Rogoredo FS, the train station from which the AV Italo and FrecciaRossa trains depart.
The Yellow metro line (M3) also allows you to quickly reach the main tourist attractions.
The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms, bathroom and balcony.

The apartment of about 90 square meters is located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT elevator (stairs to access it).
The space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with large sofa, Smart TV and Split A/C;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, dining table and chairs, oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, moka, kitchen utensils, wine glasses and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM I with double bed and large wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with bunk bed, chair and desk;
- BATHROOM with shower cubicle, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine;
- BALCONY with table and chairs.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, first aid kit, central heating, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, hangers, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period of switching on and the daily duration of switching on depend on the climate zone defined by the legislation.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from 15 October to 15 April.
