Nice apartment in a good location

We stayed at this apartment for one week and had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is very conveniently located, close to the metro station and just 4 stops away from the main city centre where the cathedral is located. Riccardo (the property owner) was very welcoming and helpful. We would gladly stay here again.

Milan long weekend

Very clean apartment with good public transport links. Supermarket and bakery within walking distance. The host was very responsive to any queries we had before arrival. He met us at the apartment on arrival and gave us good recommendations for travel to the city centre and to the airport at the end of our stay.

Milano apartment stay

A great little apartment outside of the busy tourist area of Milano centro. Convenient location, close to subway line and just a tram ride away from the Duomo. A number of local restaurants are within walking distance of the apartment along with coffee bars and grocery stores. The owner provided excellent communications and was helpful with local information and maps.

Great place to stay. Riccardo is great. Place was roomy and clean. Only negative is a bit far from central Milan. Also lots of construction right near the apt but that is of no fault of the owner. Would recommend

Perfect Milan retreat

Great apartment in Milano!

We enjoyed staying at the apartment very much. It is located in a residential neighborhood in Milano, only two short metro stops from Chiesa S. Maria della Grazie (with the famous Da Vinci's Last Supper), in a very-well maintained building with the elevator. The apartment has been recently renovated, it has a very nice kitchen, a bathroom with a great shower, and even a balcony. The bed was comfortable and linens were new and freshly laundered. The owners live in the same building, so the check-in/check-out were very easy. We will definitely come back if we travel to Milano again!

L’hôte répondait très vite aux messages et nous a permis d’arriver plus tôt que prévu. L’appartement est plus grand que nous pensions, confortable et propre. L’accès au centre est facile. Il manquait quelques éléments dans la cuisine (surtout pour de courts séjours) pour rendre ça plus pratique, comme du café, de l’huile ou du poivre, mais les équipements (couverts, chaudrons, etc) étaient adéquats. La climatisation ne pouvait pas être réglée à une température plus basse que 25 degrés. Le stationnement est très difficile à trouver (comme partout à Milan) avec un nombre de places gratuites limitées.
