The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a 43-inch smart TV, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, kettle, dishwasher, oven, microwave, iron and washing machine. The unit, although not equipped with an air conditioning system, enjoys a pleasant temperature even in the summer season, thanks to its orientation towards the north-east and the view onto a small planted square as well as the presence of practical fans.
Strategically positioned in the central area of Monza, it enjoys numerous services within walking distance such as bars and restaurants, pharmacy, bank branches, bus stops, etc. The Duomo and the adjoining Museum, the Arengario and the main shopping streets of Monza are just a few minutes away on foot, as is the train station from which you can take trains to the main destinations (Milan, Bergamo and Lake Como) and the very comfortable car park in Piazza Trento and Trieste..
