The suite itself is large and has a massive balcony with a view of the Milan cathedral spire. The staff was very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed. The overall suite is a bit tired and could be updated. The master bedroom area was nice and spacious. The bathroom was a bit dated and could use a refresh. The sleeper couch needs to be replaced as the platform springs sagged leaving my high school kids rolling into each other. But, for a few nights, it was manageable. However, I would not recommend sleeper option for kids over elementary/middle school. With all of this said, the suite is only two blocks from the Milan cathedral. The location can’t be beat. Overall, would recommend but keep the second bed (sleeper couch) in mind if looking to sleep more than two people in the suite.

It is not a hotel and you have it under hotel option. It was an apartment. Pretty old and beat up The shower was tiny My VIP points dodnt matter. No staff no receptionist nothing. I could have gotten a room in the hotel next door for the same price

The staff was super attentive but that was the only good part of this experience. The apartment felt old and neglected. Poor lighting, not enough cups for the 5 of us, mismatched silverware, poor pluming (shower backup into the bathroom the 2nd night of our stay) and the elevator stopped working the second day we were there. Our unit was on the 5 floor and we had a senior with us who had to walk up and down the stairs the last 2 days of our stay. Additionally, they do not have staff on sight or storage lockers to hold luggage before or after check in/ out. I would not stay at this place again.

Shower was difficult : water temperature was hard to control. Toilet seat was not stable. Shower booth didn’t have a curtain so water splashed all over. Sofa bed was not flat, the middle part was caved so much. WiFi was not stable either. Other than that, the location was superb.

Don’t be fooled by the location or the photos like I was. The pictures looked nothing like the place in real life. This accommodation is a dump — and what’s even worse is the management. There was no obvious signage, no lighting, no street number, and no directions online, making it extremely hard to find at night. Inside, the unit was in terrible condition — dirty, worn, with a bathroom floor that was lifting. The sofa bed was so broken it was literally being held up by loose cushions, and it collapsed immediately. One member of my family had nowhere to sleep, and the space was completely unsafe and unusable. When we asked for help, the staff were dismissive and showed zero compassion. They offered to “fix” the bed the next day, but it was clearly not fixable. Then they played me and Orbitz against each other — telling Orbitz one story while telling me another — and tried to charge an upgrade fee just to move us into a usable room, which would likely have the same issue. They refused to make things right the way any decent management would. This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this property.

Great stay at Suite Sara Tecla

Fab location… so close to the Duomo yet a quiet and peaceful street to retire to. Lovely apartment which was huge, well equipped and very comfortable.
