After I checked in, I asked about the breakfast and they told me it was temporarily unavailable. Proceeded to my room on the second floor, one of the elevators was broken so we had to go to the only one that did work and that one was very dirty. The second floor had construction debris at the end of the hallway where our room was. The ceiling tiles are dirty and gross. The wallpaper in the room was peeling off the walls in the room did not match what I reserved here on Orbitz.
I went down to the desk and had to argue with three different people and show them on my phone at the room that they gave me was not the room that I paid for after about 5 to 10 minutes of going back-and-forth. They finally gave me a room on the third floor. That room was clean.
It’s a shame that this hotel is portrayed in the photos and online and way better condition than it currently is. As a frequent user of this app I feel like I was misled.
