Breakfast was adequate but at times the scrambled eggs sat in mildly warm water and the cranberry juice was out of order until the weekend, then placed out of order on Mon. Had to request T paper refill and fresh towels one time out of 5 nights. Requested no other service. Received coffee pod only on that one visit. Received no other service. In general, we felt rather ignored.

This is my 2nd time staying here and in both occasions, we informed we were going to checkout right at 11am. Tell me why is housekeeping knocked on my door at 9:45am, 10am, and even at 10:55am. So annoying. Other than that, the place is very clean.

I stayed for 7 days and my room was cleaned once. Thankfully I'm able to survive in such conditions. Had to reuse my towels. The staff was never at the desk; you had yell out to them to the desk. Lobby, elevator and hallways smelled like dog poop. Coffee was terrible.
