Helpful staff

The staff are friendly and helpful. They explained clearly to me about the ski packages and feel free to call them for a ride. Breakfast was nice, included Japanese and some western dishes.

温泉旅館家的感覺

旅館規模不大，只有十來間房，房間整潔舒適，除了室內風呂，還有半露天風呂，讚。工作人員和善有禮，令人有家的感覺。旅館提供由越後湯澤站到旅館的免費接送服務，方便非自駕人士，十分貼心。推介！

とてもサービスも良くまた利用したいと思います。 ただ、湯船が狭く、たまたま団体客と重なり、窮屈に感じました。 個人的にはサウナもあればと思いました。
