We've stayed at this property many times before. We like the proximity to the airport, the Mall of America and the interstate access. However, this time was a little off. We were put in a 2nd floor room with building maintenance/construction going on outside our window. The workers were able to peer right into our room, so we had to keep the blinds closed at all times. The seating for breakfast was miserable. Absolutely no room without bumping into others. The breakfast was free, but it could have used more than soupy oatmeal and flavorless eggs. The staff was amazing though. Major kudos to them! We'd still recommend this place to anyone for a night.

Check in was disappointing! Requested a joint room an entire week prior.. at check in was told its first come first serve basis! Are you kidding me?? What is the point of requesting a joint room early then? Then was told since the rooms not conjoining we’d be across the hall from each other.. yeah nope that didn’t happen either! Parking was TERRIBLE! So limited parking in front of property and around. They own another lot behind the fence.. and they charge how much for parking???? In a lot you have to walk around a fence with limited lighting!! WILL NOT be booking with this hotel again! Not to mention it is not as close to the mall as they lead on!
