Enter condo B604 at Beach House Condominiums to an open, airy beachy welcome! This property is located directly on the beach with no streets to cross. It is a beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom condo sits on the 6th floor and it is centrally located near the pool deck, gazebo, tennis courts, and grill area. Stepping outside onto the covered balcony, you are met with a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast! You can hear the waves crashing and almost feel the surf splash right from the balcony!

This condo can conveniently accommodate a couple, or small family of 4. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, as well as a private, full bathroom attached to it. The living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating for lounging and relaxing throughout the day during your breaks from the beach, as well as a pull-out sleeper sofa bed that can comfortably sleep 2. The total sleeping accommodations for this condo is 4 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave & more. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included, with a private washer and dryer located conveniently inside the condo.

All linens are included, but we suggest bringing beach towels if you prefer, and sunscreen!

Great stay in Miramar!

We enjoyed staying at The Beach House Condo! We had everything we needed and had beach access that was easy to get to and close off of the elevator. Pool area was nice and it was quiet and we loved the 2 chairs and umberella that was provided for us daily! We didnt have any complaints. The beachfront view and water was amazing!

Great location and price! The condo was clean and as shown in the listing photos. The seating and bed were very comfortable. Great location with plenty of food options. We love the beach chair service and there were always chairs available. I do recommend going early if you want a front row chair. This is the second year we’ve stayed in one of Jan’s condo and will definitely be back!

Marimar Beach

Our trip to Marimar Beach was awesome! Great location, beautiful condo & breath taking beaches! We saw a lot of marine life (dolphins, fish, sharks, stingrays). Made new friends! Great seafood at local restaurants!!!

Great condo in the perfect location!

This was our 3rd stay at The Beach House. Condo was clean and equipped with everything needed for our week long stay! Master bed was comfortable! Location is perfect with multiple stores and grocery near by. The beach access is perfect and never overcrowded! Will definitely book with Jan again in the future.

Overall great place to stay right on the beach. I was not a lover of the water pressure or the illumination of Alvin's Island across the road that lit up the master room each night. Very small complaints in the grand scheme of things. Great trip! We would stay here again.

Thank you so much for sharing this condo. It was perfect. The location, the furnishings, everything. I need to know what kind of bed that is, because we need a new one and yours is fantastic! The beach set up is so nice, you feel spoiled everyday. You go down and you have a reserved spot(after initial conversation with the beach staff). Bu the way, Steve at the beach is wonderful, actually took video of him setting up in the morning. It is something we take for granted for sure. we gave him a card with with a little something to let him know how much we appreciated him. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. It is close to the elevator, they have luggage carts, a trash shoot, etc. Everything you need but dont think about. We loved it...thank you again for allowing us to stay in your home. Katie Helms

I’m so glad we stayed here. It was perfect and that view omg. Jan was great, and was Very accommodating. The condo has all you need for several days, and it’s in the best location in all of destin. The umbrellas and the chairs everyday on the beach are really nice. The beach never was crowded . I’ll definitely Come back .

Great location with private beach!

The view was amazing from the 6th floor! It was a quiet complex and proximity to the grocery store was awesome! Central location to restaurants and activities although you might not want to go anywhere else since it has such a great beach view. Follow up after the booking was quick and easy. The beach service with umbrella and chairs was a great surprise and they were extremely friendly and helpful. We definitely will go back!!

Had a great time in Destin! The condo was perfect: very clean, comfortable furnishings and well-stocked. The location and view were terrific. Condo very close to lots of our favorite restaurants and the outlet mall. We will try to stay here again the next time we come to Destin!
