The room was nice and clean but it had a strong old smell and the AC was terrible. We requested a fan but nothing was available and no one came to fix the air. The property could use a good carpet shampooing and pool improvement. Two of the front desk staff members needs training on hospitality and honesty. One (carcausian older skinny woman) would walk past the guest and wouldn't ask if they needed help but took 3-4 smoke breaks, and the other one (plus size latino/carcausian young woman) was not honest about early check-ins and the number of housekeepers that were available. Her attitude indicated that she didn't want to be there and didn't want to work until 3 (which was the time she left). The other lady (young skinny black girl) who came in after her was nice but not as helpful with the fan and air situation.

Rooms were super clean, pet-friendly, staff was amazing and very helpful. Staff upgraded my room to a suite. I was so excited because it was my birthday weekend. I would definitely stay here again. I recommend this property for its convenient location and the price was definitely affordable. They also have a cabinet where you can rent slow cookers, blenders, umbrellas, hair clippers, and a waffle maker..

When I arrived the front desk staff arrival was 8/22-8/23 got there @3:30 Very sweet helpful young lady. As for the dont like early morning staff of 8/23 outlets in the room didnt all work , Had coffee packets but no way to make , asked if i could have some in downstair kitchen room said yes but made me feel it was my fault.
