A Coastal Cottage is a lovely 3BR, 2BA cottage, conveniently located in Maravilla Resort, just across the street from beautiful Miramar Beach. There is a nice back porch to enjoy the beautiful night breeze and warm sunny days! Indulge your inner chef in the sleek kitchen, configured with ample counter space, top-quality appliances, and plenty of cookware. Families with children or seniors will enjoy the ease of staying in a one-level property. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath with dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a garden tub. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and a second guest bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed, and in the living room is a sleeper sofa. This cottage sleeps 9 comfortably. Maravilla Resort in Miramar Beach is a 33-acre, gated resort featuring the largest private beach in the area — 2.5 acres of private pristine beach! Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both Sandestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers several boutiques, and dining options.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach Access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
