My Happy Place Miramar Beach - 6BR Villa, Private Pool and Hot Tub, Golf Cart

Welcome to My Happy Place in Miramar Beach, a spacious 6-bedroom retreat built for big family gatherings, just a quick golf cart ride from the beach.

This 6,000 sq ft home sleeps up to 25 across six bedrooms, three king suites with private baths, two bunk rooms, and a fourth bedroom with two full beds, so multiple families can spread out instead of stacking on top of each other.

Hop in your own golf cart for the 1.5-mile cruise to the sand, then come home to the private pool and spa. Days here move at beach pace: mornings on the porch, afternoons by the pool, evenings around the firepit. The open kitchen and living areas make it easy to cook and stay together, and an indoor entertaining space gives everyone a place to land when the sun gets too strong.

We're hands-on hosts, not a call center, and we manage this home directly. If something needs attention during your stay, you're talking to a real person.

Pet-friendly (fee applies). Parking for 6 vehicles. Ages 25+ groups welcome.

House rules:

***Do not use white towels for make up or beach/pool. We provide makeup black towels and beach towels. We charge $20 per towel that gets permanently stained or lost.***

***Make sure we have the do not smoke or vape inside the house or patio. If there is cigarette smell upon check out we will have to rent an ozone machine to remediate and guests will be charged $1000. Same thing with freeing or cooking fish in the house.***

***No glass around pool. If there is an accident and glass breaks in the pool, it will have to be drained and refill, which we be charged to the guest.***

***Hot tub jets will be functional but heater will be off due to the hot summer weather. You need to request for the heater to be turned on so we can let the pool tech come in to turn it on.***

***For Bookings paid out of platform and processed by credit cards, refunds will not include the credit card processing fee***

***Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog / Know Your Guest. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.***

My Happy Place Miramar Beach - 6BR Villa, Private Pool and Hot Tub, Golf Cart offers its guests barbecue grills, an arcade/games room, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
