Enjoy peaceful early morning swims in the ocean, just a short 5-minute walk from our spacious townhome. You’ll also be just mins away from shopping, Outlets, beachside dining, and grocery stores. Whether your stay is centered around vacation or just rest & relaxation, our beautiful townhome can accommodate your needs. Our home sleeps up to 10 people comfortably and has room for your furry family members, too. The Gulf Walk complex is just steps from gorgeous emerald waters and white sand beaches. (We can also accommodate large groups at this same complex)
If working is a must while on vacation, don’t worry! You can enjoy blazing-fast Wi-Fi for all your work or streaming needs.

Here’s a breakdown of the house, so you can know exactly what to expect:
Kitchen: Prefer to cook your own meals when you’re away from home? Don’t worry! Our townhome has a fully stocked kitchen! You’ll have everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including full-size appliances, a large variety of pots, pans & dishes, a coffee maker, a double toaster, and a blender for your smoothies (or frozen margaritas)!

Dining: Gather around our large family-style dining table each night to enjoy freshly grilled seafood or to play a board game! There’s plenty of room for everyone! In the mornings, you can sip your coffee at the breakfast bar, or head outside to the covered patio or 2nd-level balcony to enjoy the warm sea breeze.
+A highchair is provided for your little ones.

Living Room: The living area has plenty of seating with 2 sofas and a comfy chair. Stream your favorite shows or movies on the 65” HD TV with Roku or enjoy quality time playing board games. We have a selection of fun games and even a full poker set to make the night memorable!

Bedrooms (2nd floor): After a fun day in the ocean, everyone will be thankful to have their own restful space to retire to. Our home has 3 bedrooms with 6 spacious beds.

Outside: Beach get too crowded? Don’t sweat it - head back and enjoy a relaxing poolside day at the on-site complex swimming pool. Our townhome has a covered and private patio area with a gas grill and comfy seating that opens up to a large green area. You can spend your evenings grilling, swimming in the pool, and truly unwinding- isn’t that what vacation is all about? On the 2nd level, you can laze on the balcony (the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee)!

Additional:
+Since you’ll only be a 5-min walk to the beach, enjoy using our free beach wagon to haul your coolers, towels, and sunscreen. We’ll also provide 2 chairs and a beach umbrella (a $50 daily savings)!

+There is a full-size washer and dryer on the 2nd floor, so you can conveniently launder your clothes daily.

+Traveling with little ones? Our home can accommodate even the smallest of guests. A high chair and baby crib are available- just request them upon booking!

+Our villa is pet friendly! Don’t leave your furry family members behind. ($150 fee for one pet, or $180 for two)

+ Cleanliness is our priority! Our townhome will be deeply and thoroughly cleaned before your stay (read our guest reviews). Our staff uses CDC- approved hard surface disinfectants and sanitizers against the coronavirus that causes COVID-19. We make sure to also disinfect all doorknobs, faucets, & bathroom fixtures to keep you safe & healthy.
