The room was very accessible for handicapped. One of the best. But we had an issue with the lighting. It would never set to stay on. We even had someone come to the room to explain how to set it. To no avail. The lights would go off continuously. Very irritating. Plus the tv’s guide was was off one or two stations. Very frustrating. It’s the little things that make your stay relaxing.

Property was clean and staff was great. One elevator wasn’t working and then on the day we checked out along with several others in the hotel, the second elevator broke. Had to carry all of our luggage down the stairs.

Disappointed

The hotel room was small. No closet or chest of drawers for storage. The room was noisy from the cycling on and off of the mattress in fridge and air conditioning. Difficult to sleep because the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The free breakfast did not have good food.

We had a very nice stay. I chose this hotel for its price and location, but we enjoyed the small breakfast. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Room was clean and quiet.

Rooms are small with not closet or in-room safe. The property is new so the condition of the facility was good. We were there in march, which is often high season for south Florida. Room Rate was $172 which is way to high for this level hotel.
