Our original accommodation was a disaster and we needed a place to stay for 3 nights immediately. Upon recommendation from a local friend, we stayed at Mr. Kinjo. The location was a little hidden among sugar cane fields, but the place was clean, spacious, quiet, pleasant, and very reasonable. Having a rental car made it easy to access downtown abd nearby amenities.

スタッフは15-20時までしか常駐していないが親切な対応をしてくれます。部屋も綺麗ですが、南国のせいか小さな虫がいました。ケテルと電子レンジもあって便利でした。少し外れにあるので車がないと不便かもしれません。

ツインルームはダブルベット二つでとても広く満足。バスマットが有料は不満、二泊したがバスタオルはフロントで申し込まないと交換無し（無料）。お茶やインスタントコーヒーなどグラスも何もなし、価格が安いので仕方がないが事前にわかっていたら持参したのだが？

Mr.Kinjoは久貝地区に4軒あり、最初のタクシーで単純に「久貝のMr.Kinjo」と伝えたら違うホテルに連れてかれたのはご愛嬌。メインの通りから2本ほど奥まったところにあるので最初は徒歩圏内に何もない様に思えたが歩き回ることでビーチまで徒歩５分だったり、それなりに商業施設があったりと便利なことがわかった。 スタッフの方が優しいのも良かった。 最終日は結局徒歩で空港まで行っちゃいました（笑）

静かで自由度が高い

アパートメントホテルなので、一般のホテルの部屋に比べ、広く冷蔵庫も大きかった。多店舗のミスターキンジョーに比べると、食器類や流し台などもなく、洗濯機も別棟で300円かかるし、駐車場代金もかかる。でもレンタカー移動の宮古島、適度に繁華街に近く伊良部島へも近く、なんせ料金が安い！ハンガーが数本あるけれど掛ける場所が少ないので、水着など干したい時には不便だった。タオルも自分で交換、大きめの手提げビニール袋はご自由に・・・だったのは重宝しめしたよ。冷房も良く効いたし、他の観光客の方とほとんど顔を合わせることなく、自分たちのペースで出入り自由。その分荷物はチェックインまでとチェックアウト後預かれない！これが一番大変かと思うので、宮古島についてからと、ラスト日の飛行場に向かうまでの間の荷物の事を考えて予約をされると良いと思います

新しい建物でした。必要最低限のものはありますが、ホテルというよりベッドとエアコンと電子レンジと冷蔵庫とタオルのあるアパートという感じです。困ったのはハンガーが無いことくらいです。寝る時にエアコン消すと湿度が高くて朝起きると床がべしょべしょになってるので要注意です。コインランドリーは隣の棟（Ⅱ）にあります。 窓から平良港が見えて朝は気持ちがよく、夕方は夕焼けがきれいです。 ちょっと分かりにくい場所かもしれませんが、繁華街も歩こうと思えば歩ける距離でパイナガマビーチ、サンセットビーチが近いので好きなエリアです。
